Find attached a document of DIALux & AGI32 (market leaders for lighting simulation software in Europe and NA) on how to treat photometry for LED luminaires. The document is only two pages and describes very clear how to handle the photometry for LED luminaires.
The proposal is to use absolute photometry instead of relative photometry for luminaires with LEDs.
This means that the LOR for luminaires with LEDs (absolute photometry) is always 100%.
This to come to a standard in the lighting industry.
