I have questions regarding degradation of luminosity of Emitter and Rebel LEDs and try to get an answer from somebody from Philips engineer 2 months. I have sent a lot of E-mails to email@example.com, filled in the forms on web site of Lumileds, FutureElectronics several times
but nobody replied, nobody even confirmed that my questions were received. It looks like this service does not work. Can somebody here connect me with Philips engineer who know something about this serious problem?
I found some details about initial degradation of powerful LEDs only on web site of OSRAM. Nothing on Philips web site but we have measured this degradation on 30 Rebel LEDs and wouldlike to know about it.
We spent about US$ 50000 to purchase Emitter LEDs sevral years ago and they degraded very seriously in about 5000 hours. Now we need to change 5200 LEDs probably with Rebel and would like to understand everything about their degradation, initial degradation, etc. before we spend else US$ 30000.
So please connect me with somebody who can explain all this questions we have.

I think that almost everything you want and need to know about LUXEON Rebel lumen maintenance is available in the LM-80 test reports that are publicly available on our website (www.luxeon.com). I have replied to you today morning and I also resent all my E-mails to Sherry on 29 October and she has confirmed that she received them.
I think the problem of not receiving E-mails from customers is that your Internet manager installed filter which reject all E-mails may be except from your company. It is not first time to me to know that people from USA install filter and reject all Asia, Russia, etc.. They are afraid for SPAM and reject everybody's E-mail except from themselves.
So you should tell your computer manager of Intenet to reduce filter a bit that customers can contact you.
